Brewing Instructions

    1. Start with cold water.
    2. Preheat teapot. Cooling of the water results in a weak brew.
    3. Use approximately 3 grams for 6 oz of water. Our silicone infuser holds about 3 grams of loose tea.
    4. For tea, steep for 4 minutes.
    5. Brew herbal teas (tisanes) as black teas, with water to a rolling boil.
    6. Pour over tea or herbal. Do not boil botanicals when making tea.
    7. Use discretion and taste to produce preferred brew strength.
    8. 3 grams per tea per 6 oz of water.
